As Program Chair for the Colorado Chapter of the American College of Physicians, I have been asked by Chapter Governor Alwin Steinman, MD, FACP to plan our Annual Scientific Session. I would like to invite you to participate and support this important event. This is the premier meeting in the State for Internists and Internal Medicine sub- specialty physicians.
The meeting is at The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, Colorado, to be held on Friday, February 2, 2024, through Saturday, February 3, 2024. We expect attendance to be approximately 165 physicians, including those in private practice and clinic settings, academic facility- based physicians, residents, and medical students.
We are offering a limited number of exhibit tables for industry representatives at the meeting. If you are interested, we encourage you to make plans soon to attend and display. Exhibit fees and levels of sponsorship are as follows:
Platinum Sponsor ($5,000): Display table, (6' X 30"), Thursday through Saturday, your logo on the sponsor/exhibit poster, breakfast Friday and Saturday, luncheon Friday and invitation to Governor’s Reception Friday night.
Gold Sponsor ($3,000): Display table (6' X 30"), Thursday through Saturday, your logo on the sponsor/exhibit poster, breakfast Friday and Saturday, and luncheon Friday.
